CM Chouhan reviews preparations for Hitgrahi Sammelan to be held in Rewa and Sheopur district

Bhopal 11 March 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed the preparations for the launch of the Gramin Sahariya Special Project in Karhal tehsil of Sheopur district on March 12 and the Hitgrahi Sammelan to be held at Rewa on March 13. Chief Minister Chouhan sought information about the preparations in a discussion with Sheopur and Rewa collectors through video conference. He directed to ensure all arrangements to determine the responsibilities of the departments concerned for the systematic management of the programmes, along with giving necessary facilities to the general public and the beneficiaries in the programmes.
Chief Minister Chouhan will provide benefits to 19 thousand 166 beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Rural Sahariya Special Project 2021-22, at Karhal on Saturday. The combined cost of these houses is Rs 260 crore. Apart from this, Chief Minister Chouhan will also lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various development works. Chief Minister Chouhan will launch 13 crore schemes of tribal development blocks and various road construction schemes of Jal Jeevan Mission. Along with this, the keys of the vehicle will be handed over to four beneficiaries of ‘Ration Aapke Gram’ Yojana.
Chief Minister Chouhan will dedicate various development works worth over Rs. 200 crore and distribute benefits to young entrepreneurs of Sirmaur region at Rewa on March 13. The development works to be inaugurated include works of high school building, water augmentation scheme, road and tap water scheme. Their combined cost is Rs 157 crores. Chief Minister Chouhan will also perform bhoomi-pujan of ITI Bhawan and Government Degree College the cost of which is Rs 65 crores. Rs 66 lakh will be provided to 12 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana. Mukhya Mantri Awas Mission Urban and members of self-help groups will participate in the programme. Chief Minister Chouhan will also interact with the beneficiaries of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Ankur Abhiyan and Ek Zila Ek Utpad Yojana and seek information about their activities.
