CM Reviewed the Proposed Development Plan of the Temple
Bhopal 10 April 2022: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed the development plan (master plan) prepared for the complete renovation of Ramraja Temple at Betwa Retreat Hotel in Orchha on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the structure of the temple should be grand and divine. He said that before finalizing the development plan, discussions should also be held with the local people. Those who have employment (shops) in Ramraja temple premises should not be allowed to suffer any kind of loss. In future, all shops should be in one form. Facility should be given to those who come to give wedding invitations to Lord Ramraja Sarkar. Phulbagh should be made more attractive. Tehsil office should be shifted elsewhere.
Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Virendra Kumar, Madhya Pradesh Public Works and District In-charge Minister Gopal Bhargava, Culture and Tourism Minister Sushri Usha Thakur, MLAs Sarvshri Anil Jain, Shishupal Yadav, former MP Dr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria, Divisional Commissioner Mukesh Shukla, IG Anurag along with public representatives and officers were present.
