Pragati Online Programme

Bhopal: CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan today reviewed the progress of nine big projects through video conference under the Pragati Online programme at the Mantralaya. This programme has been started for monitoring projects under Project Management Framework. Chief Secretary B.P. Singh was also present on the occasion. CM Chouhan reviewed the projects of various departments including Public Health Engineering, Water Resources, School Education, Urban Development, Public Works, New and Renewable Energy, Science and Technology and Medical Science.

CM Chouhan told that the big projects should be completed within the prescribed time limit. These projects should be monitored regularly. Action should be taken to redress land disputes of Forest and Revenue Department within the time limit. Preparations of tree plantation on coming July 2 on the banks of Narmada should be taken seriously in all districts. It was told that development work of Mohasa (Babai) industrial area in Hoshangabad district will be completed till February 2018. About 680 hectare area is being developed in this industrial area.

The big projects that were reviewed include Niwadi Rural Group Water Supply Scheme of Tikamgarh district, Majhgawan Medium Irrigation Project of Panna district, 484 High School Construction Scheme of School Education Department, Water Supply Project under Amrit Yojana of Datia, Sehore and Khandwa, Multai-Athner-Gudgo-Bhainsdehi Marg, Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Power Project, Industrial Area Mohasa (Babai), Madhya Pradesh Spatial Data Infrastructure Project and Medical Science University Jabalpur. Additional chief secretaries and principal secretaries of concerned departments were present on the occasion.-WTN
