More than 39 lakh quintal onions purchased so far
Bhopal: The purchase of moong, urad and tuar on support price is in progress in state. Besides this state government is also purchasing onions from farmers at Rs 8 per kg as announced.
As in today’s situation, 302344.03 quintal moong, 57051.52 quintal urad and 61109 quintal tuar has been purchased on support price. Also 39 lakh 2 quintal onions has been purchased at Rs 8 per kg from farmers.-WTN
