E-Office will Begin in Mantralaya

Bhopal: As per the directives of the state government E-Offices process is being started in Mantralalya. In future files will be moved through computers. In compliance to the decision, a project implementation committee has been constituted in the Chairmanship of Principal Secretary I.T. Hariranjan Rao which will hold discussions every week in this regard. Minister of State for General Administration was informed about this in a review meeting of General Administration department . Principal Secretary Smt. Seema Sharma was present in the meeting.

It was informed that E-Office Champions have been made under the process. Champions and all the Depty Secretaries have been apprised about the process taking them to the I.T. center. Two master trainer from each department have been trained in the I.T. room situated at Mantralaya. Master trainers have been entrusted with the responsibility to train their subordinates. Training is being imparted to section officers and personal assistants currently.

Server has been installed in the data center for process. Process to increase ram and budget provision again is being made. Moreover, budget provision is being made to install backup for data recovery at Delhi or any other place according to the consent. Process for files digitisation is in progress. Various issues like purchase of computers etc. are under consideration.

In the first phase 9 departments have been included namely General Administration, Personnel, Mining, Aviation, Public Service Management, Water Resources, Public Works, Science and Technology and Tourism department . The process will be tested on July 12. One or two files will be passed under the process. There will be a separate user password under the e-office for all. The process will be fully implemented on ground within 2- 3 months.

Minister Enquires About Applicants' Satisfaction in 4 C.M. Helpline Cases.

Minister of State Arya had conservation with 4 applicants of CM. Helpline cases over phone and took feedback from them. ARya deliberated with Ramkrishna Jatav and Kalicharan Joshi of Morena about their applications. He was informed that his caste certificate has been prepared in time. Moreover, applicant Sachin Bathua has informed that a death certificate of his relative has been received.

Similarly, Arya spoke to applicant from Shivpuri Manoj Bhargava and have been apprised that a sum of Rs. 9 thousand for duty rendered by him during the election in 2014 has been received. Balance amount of about Rs. 3 thousand is still pending. On hearing this, Arya immediately discussed the matter with the collector and directed him to take immediate action in this matter. He also told the collector to examine the file to find out that whether the applicant is being harassed deliberately by the clerk.-WTN
