Carry out work of common public on time

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that it is primary responsibility of the administration that common people get on time the benefits of services through good governance;. Common people should not face difficulty in redressing their problems. They should be given delivery of services on time under public service guarantee act, it should be ensured. No dereliction would be tolerated in this regard. Chief Minister Chouhan issued these instructions in Samadhan online programme today.  Chief Minister Chouhan said that work of common people should be done on time. Special attention should be paid on redressing revenue cases. Drive to provide copy of Khasra record to farmers should be run in transparent manner.

Procurement of Moong, Urad and Masoor should be done with adopting sensitive approach. Information regarding payment in bank account of beneficiary reach on time should be ensured. Under different schemes payment of honourarium to pujaris in government temples should be made on time and it should be ensured.

Officers-Employees suspended for dereliction

Grievances of 11 beneficiaries were redressed under Samadhan Online today. Chief Minister Chouhan issued instructions to take action against officers for dereliction. Instructions were issued to suspend Chief Executive Officer and carry out investigation in entire case for delay in payment of first installment and no-payment of second installment of Indira Awas Yojana to Darshanlal Chaudhary of village Katauh of Katni district. On the complaint by sarpanch Kanhaiyalal of gram panchayat Birmawal of Ratlam district for not getting payment of works carried out by him, the Chief Minister instructed to suspend concerned assistant engineer, sub engineer, assistant accountant and chief executive officer of Janpad Panchayat, Ratlam and carry out investigation. Instructions were issued to suspend concerned ranger and forest guard for not releasing payment to applicants even after completion of works of pond construction, pitching and well construction by forests department in village Itawa of Sagar district.

Complaints related with assistance aid for disability to wife of Vishwanath Pal, resident of village Silpura of Shivpuri district, in an accident, land of Ramsevak Ghoshi of village Sasa of Damoh district, registered in government records, not releasing MISA prisoner pension to Smt Kamla Bhutia of village Najarganj of Sehore district after death of her husband, not getting incentive after marriage to disabled Jairam of village Badjhiri of Harda district, not getting sanctioned amount under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana to Smt. Gulbasiya Patel of village Mauhat of Satna district, not issuing insurance claim to Gabu Mansaure of village Bedgaon of Dewas district after death of his wife, not giving honourarium to pujari Santosh Sharma of village Bhalauda of Indore and Sohan Upadhyay of village Baldhara and releasing amount of Jamsingh Naik of village Karanja of Balaghat district under borewell digging scheme in other's account were resolved in the Samadhan online.

Greetings to districts performing better

Presentation regarding amended grading system of CM Help Line was made during the programme. Chief Minister Chouhan greeted districts, district panchayats and municipal corporations performing better in redressal of complaints of CM Help Line. It was informed that Narsinghpur, Indore, Hoshangabad, Mandsaur and Balaghat districts performed better in redressing complaints registered on CM Help Line. District Panchayats of Jhabua, Burhanpur, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur and Hoshangabad also performed better. Municipal Corporations of Rewa, Bhopal, Chhindwara, Indore and Ujjain performed in the same manner. Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and other officers were present in Samadhan Online.-WTN
