Registration Process in RERA Act is Online and Very Easy

Bhopal: A web-based online system has been developed by the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for registration and applications for easy implementation of RERA Act. This system has been made available on the website www.rera.mp.gov.in Any promoter or builder from any place of the state can apply for project’s registration through this system.

Procedure related to online registration has been made very simple. Applicants can upload necessary documents like Adhaar card, Pan card, Photos, Registration of company, Fee calculation sheet, Pass-book, Certificate of Engineer and C.A., Permission of Town and Country Planning, Agreement Format Affidavit and project status. Remaining documents can be submitted through C.D./D.V.D. in place of online.

According to the RERA Act implemented by the Union Government, project’s registration is mandatory under the RERA Authority before marketing or sale whether it is ongoing or incomplete. Registration of project whether it is under construction or incomplete, is mandatory before the Authority till July 31. It may be mentioned that RERA Act has been implemented by the Government of India in the entire country from May 01, 2017.-WTN
