11 Villages Out From Pachmarhi Sancturay Area: Enclosure of Remaining 28 Villages

Bhopal: Cabinet Meeting held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took a decision to keep 11 villages and 395.939 hectare area of Nuzul out of Pachmarhi sanctuary area and to keep remaining 28 villages in enclosure form in the sanctuary area. Provision related to Wild Life Protection Act 1972 will not apply on these villages.

The cabinet has decided to extend the tenure of inquiry commission formed for judicial enquiry related to escape of 8 under trials from central jail Bhopal for three months. The period has been extended from August 7 to November 06, 2017.

Moreover, the cabinet has given sanction for continuation of 422 regular temporary posts under the Capital Project Administration and 300 posts under the charged establishment, a total of 722 post from March 1, 2017 for 5 years.

An administrative sanction of Rs. 220 crore has been given by the cabinet for construction of houses of general pool for various districts of Madhya Pradesh.
Similarly, the cabinet has approved the order issued as regard to amendments in Madhya Gon Khanij Niyam 1996.

Important Decisions for School Education

The cabinet has given sanction for sully of furniture in Government High/Higher Secondary Schools and necessary equipments in the laboratories of Higher Secondary Schools of the state. This will be implemented for the next 3 years.
Furthermore, the cabinet has given its sanction to run hostels at division level for disabled students of class 9 to 12. This scheme has been approved for the next 3 years.

The cabinet has approved a new scheme for Government High/Higher Secondary School towards retrofitting of laboratories, libraries, necessary works in games rooms, partition, cycle stand, shed construction, stage construction, ground construction, garden construction, drinking water arrangements etc. An amount of Rs. 9.20 crore in this head for the year 2017-18 and Rs. 43.7 crore for next 3 years has been sanctioned by the cabinet.

Revenue Decisions

The cabinet has given approval for amendments in ‘Policy for Purchase of Land with Mutual Consent’ 12 November 2014 for various government

departments/undertakings in respect to Proper Compensation and Transparency Rights Act of Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement. After the amendments, provisions of Indian Stamps Act 1899 and Registration Act 1908 will be applied as regard to the matter of sale deed towards land purchased under section 14.

Furthermore, the cabinet has given its approval for implementation of license thematic policy for laying underground pipe line, cable or duct from government land. It has been decided that for laying underground pipeline, cable or duct an acquisition of rights of users of the land is used and wherever government land is needed for these works then such land will be provided to the project on license.

Moreover, the cabinet has given approval to allot government land of Mandla and Seoni districts to Nuclear Power Corporation of India for Chutka Nuclear Power project on the basis of current collector guideline year 2017-18 on premium after obtaining 7.5 percent annual lease rent.-WTN
