Nod to selection of developers for water supply to industries in Dewas

Bhopal: Permission for selection of developers under restructured scheme in the Swiss Challenge Process for water supply to industries in Dewas was given at the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. All proceedings in this connection will be carried out by MPSIDC Limited.

The Cabinet approved the revision of honorarium payable to Attorney General Madhya Pradesh/Additional Attorney General/ Advocate General/ Government Advocate and Deputy Public Prosecutor legal office-bearers posted in Jabalpur, Indore and Gwalior who are appointed on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh government for advocating in favour of the government in the esteemed High Court. Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand is the revised fixed monthly honorarium payable to the Attorney General, Rs 1 lakh 75 thousand to the Additional Attorney General, Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand to the Advocate General , Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand to the Government Advocate and Rs 1 lakh to the Deputy Public Prosecutor.

The Cabinet has approved creation of four posts of head constable in the Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission. Their payscale will Rs 5200-20200+2400 grade pay.

The Cabinet has approved second Timescale Payscale of Rs 5500-9000 to 8 technical employees of the Ministry from April 1, 2006 at par with Ministry’s Assistant Grade-3.

The Cabinet has approved to revise the special pay to the office boy in the ministry from Rs 50 to Rs 250 per month.

The Cabinet took the decision to regularize total approved 1358 posts and scheme in the year 2017-18 to ‘ATMA’ Submission on Agricultural Extension of National Mission on Agricultural Extension and Technology aided by Government of India under Farmer-Welfare and Agriculture Development Department.

The Cabinet took the decision to extend the plan for merger of Madhya Pradesh Rajya Sahakari Tilhan Utpadak Sangh employees in various state government departments. The merger has been extended by six months from August 10, 2017 to February 10, 2018 for the remaining 260 employees.-WTN
