Utsav to be Held on Birth Anniversary of Rashtra Kavi Maithilisharan Gupt on August 3
Bhopal: 'Kahani Utsav' is being organized in schools of the state in order to make schools’ atmosphere pleasant and to make class studies interesting and effective. Story telling in education style of Renowned Educationist Gijubhai Vadheka has been considered as solution to several problems occurring during class studies. To understand system, discipline, concentration, language development, history and introduction to culture in the form of story has been considered as the best style. In this context and with an objective for overall development of child’s personality, the school level Kahani Utsav will be organized in all the government primary and middle schools of the state on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Rashtra Kavi Maithilisharan Gupt on August 3.

The Kahani Utsav being organized from school to state level will be held in the form of two groups’ interaction of students and teachers. Student and teacher narrating story in best form will be selected at schools level under the Utsav. They will be given an opportunity for story telling at Jan-Shiksha Kendra level on the occasion of birth anniversary of famous poet Subhadra Kumari Chouhan on August 16. Best performer will selected to participate at block level on the occasion of Hindi Diwas i.e. September 14.
Group wise best story tellers of block level will get an opportunity for participation at district level on the occasion of death anniversary of Kahani Samrat Munshi Premchand on October 8.
Furthermore, the winner students and teachers of district level Kahani Utsav will get a chance to participate in state level Kahani Utsav to be held on birth anniversary of Educationist Gijubhai on November 29. The state level programme of Kahni Utsav will be held at Bhopal.-WTN
