Abide by IT and Aadhar Act to make website and mobile app

Bhopal: While making website, web application and mobile app, ensure compliance of IT Act 2000 and Aadhar Act 2016. Principal Secretary Science and Technology Shri Mohammed Suleiman issued an order to officials in this regard.
As per IT and Aadhar Act, making any sensitive, private and financial information public is prohibited. All sensitive information should be encrypted in websites, web application and mobile app and collected. Aadhar card number, pan card number, UAN, Bank account number, credit card number and debit card numbers should be made public in a masked form. For example –xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234 aadhar number. Sensitive and private information must not be made public in the services based on aadhar number.-WTN
