‘Samadhan Yojana’ of Commercial Taxes Department

Bhopal: A Samadhan Yojana for recovery of balance payment has been started by The Commercial Taxes department under the Madhya Pradesh Sales Tax Act, Madhya Pradesh Commercial Taxes Act, Madhya Pradesh VAT Act and Central Sales Tax. Under the scheme, the pending amount on March 31, 2012 or any period earlier to this period has been included. It is required to pay samadhan amount besides a total of 40 percent of old balance payment or 100 percent of old balance payment whichever is higher with each application.
The last date for applications has been fixed as August 26, 2017. Detail information of the scheme can be obtained from the website www.mptax.mp.gov.in of Commercial Taxes department.-WTN
