Bhopal: Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Dr Narottam Mishra will hoist flag and get salute at Datia district headquarters of the Independence Day. Dr. Mishra, on this occasion, will read out message of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Freedom fighters and widows of Kargil martyrs will be feted in the function.
