Approval to fill Vacant Posts of Tahsildar and Nayab-Tahsildar on Contractual Basis

Bhopal: Cabinet Meeting chaired by the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has decided to fill divisional wise vacant posts of Tahsildar and Nayab-Tahsildar on contractual basis. The retired Tahsildar and Nayab Tasildar will be appointed on conditions. Candidates upto 65 years of age can apply for these posts.

Tahsildar and Nayab-tahsildar will be appointed on contractual basis within the boundaries of same division. They can be transferred within division during the period of their appointment. According to the conditions, officers who is entitled to apply for the post should not have been penalised after conducting the departmental enquiry before 10 years of his/her retirement and should not have punished under the Lokayukta case/criminal case. Amount after deduction of pension amount from the total payment received at the time of retirement will be payable in the form of contractual salary.

Decisions Concerning Medical Education

The cabinet under the Medical Education has given its approval for establishment of new Medical Colleges at Chhindwara, Shivpuri, Datia and Ratlam. Approval for installation of various equipments in medical colleges and hospitals affiliated to them has also been given by the cabinet. Similarly, under the policy decision approval has been given for super specialty hospital in medical college Gwalior, Jabalpur and Rewa.

Decisions Related to Urban Development and Housing

Moreover, the cabinet has given approval to exempt diversion tax on total 2.570 hectare land of village Khajrana during the execution of city development scheme under the Madhya Pradesh Town and Country Investment Act from the city development scheme of Indore Development Authority. Moreover, the cabinet has decided for continuation of 38 temporary posts from march 01, 2017 for the period of 5 years under the Capital Project Forest Circle.
Special Salary Increment to Press Cell Officers

Furthermore, the cabinet has taken a decision for special salary increment for the officers of Public Relations department working in press cell established at Raj Bhavan, Chief Minister and Mantralaya for publicity works according to their currently held posts.

Decisions Related to Higher Education

The cabinet has given approval in principle for an estimated expenditure of Rs. 5 crore 5 lakh for 3 years to 'Mahavidhyalayon Mein Khelkood Protsahan Yojana' besides its continuation under the Higher Education department. Similarly, approval for an amount of Rs. 8 crore 44 lakh 5 thousand towards an estimated expenditure for 'Pratibha Kiran Yojana' for 3 years and its continuation has been given.

Moreover approval for an amount of Rs. 13 crore 10 lakh towards estimated expenditure burden has been given by the cabinet for a period of 3 years towards an estimated expenditure for 'Adhunik Takneek se Shikshan Vyavastha' and its continuation. In addition to this the cabinet has given approval for a period of 3 years towards an estimated expenditure of Rs. 114 crore 50 lakh for 'Gaon ki Beti Yojana' and its continuation.

Decisions concerning Tribal Welfare Department

Furthermore, the cabinet has given approval for continuation of Cycle Pradaya Yojana of tribal welfare department from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20. Approval for Rs. 60 crore towards continuation of Assistance/Rehabilitation scheme from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20 under the SC-ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been given by the cabinet. The cabinet has also given its approval for Rs. 15 lakh and continuation of 'Pariksha Poorva Prashikshan Kendra Yojana from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20. Similarly, an approval of 158 crore 18 lakh 43 thousand has been given by the cabinet for continuation of Mukhya Mantri Swa-rozgar Yojana from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20.

The cabinet has given approval for keeping limit upto Rs. 6 lakh annual income limit under the Protsahan Yojana for girls under the Tribal welfare department lifting the restriction for the guardian and parents not to become a income tax payee.

Approval for Rs. 64 crore 80 lakh has been given for the continuation of the scheme from 2017-18 to 2019-20. Moreover, an approval of Rs. 24 crore 37 lakh 71 thousand has been given by the cabinet under the Ganvesh Pradaya Yojana for students belonging to Special backward class and its continuation from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20. Similarly, an amount of Rs. 27 crore 40 lakh has been approved by the cabinet for Sthapna Anudan Yojana and its continuation of Tribal Finance and Development corporation .-WTN
