Explore Possibilities for Electric Vehicles in Transport Services

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan issued directives for exploring possibilities to use electric vehicles in city transport services. He mentioned that Madhya Pradesh must attain first position in the country in Ease of Doing Business. Chouhan was deliberating with the officers on Ease of Doing Business after meeting the investors at Mantralaya today.

Investors Meet CM Chouhan

CM Chouhan was called on by Chairman Avantha Group Gautam Thapar, Promoter of Chhindwara Plus Developers Ltd. Kamal Agrawal, Sudhir Agrawal and Siddhartha of Sagar Manufacturing. Chouhan was apprised about the progress of the projects and future strategies. CM Chouhan assured them that all the facilities and concession which are declared by the state government will be provided to them. Moreover, he directed the officials to present the amendment proposals before the cabinet if necessary.

Perform Best in Ease of Doing Business

Chief Minister Chouhan observed the presentation of Ease of Doing Business. He said that the state must perform best in the Ease of Doing Business. A comparative report should be presented with all the relative information of the states which have performed best in the past.

It was informed that 82 percent target has been achieved till June under the works of Ease of Doing Business. Remaining 17 percent will be achieved shortly.

Chief Secretary B.P. Singh, Principal Secretary Commerce and Industries Mohammad Suleman, Principal Secretary Revenue Arun Pandey, Principal Secretary to CM S.K. Mishra and Secretary Hariranjan Rao were present in the meeting.-WTN
