Bhopal: Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Narottam Mishra has expressed grief over the demise of Former Minister and MLA Mahendra Singh Kalukheda. Dr. Mishra said that Late Kalukheda was an energetic politician. He has rendered important services to his assembly constituency.
