Headmasters should advise students on ill-effects of Blue Whale Challenge game

Bhopal: Rajya Shiksha Kendra has written a letter to the headmasters of all primary and middle schools advising them to keep school children away from Blue Whale Challenge game.

The letter states that the Blue Whale Challenge is a game started by criminal minded people in which children get entangled and find it difficult to come out of it. In a few cases, children even attempted suicide. The use of mobile has been prohibited in primary and middle schools of the state due to its radiation and adverse effects on innocent minds of children. It is the responsibility of teachers to advise children against it and if they find the link in any mobile they should take effective measures to get it removed immediately.

During parents teachers meeting, teachers should also advise against the game and warn parents to stay vigilant.-WTN
