New Posts Created for Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Cost and Marketing Commission

Bhopal: Cabinet Meeting held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has decided to ratify the order regarding formation of Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Cost and Marketing Commission. Beside this the cabinet has given approval for creation of 11 new posts for the commission and a total of Rs. 91 lakh 27 thousand 800 towards expenditure including Rs. 67 lakh 27 thousand 800 for recurring expenditure and Rs. 24 lakh for non-recurring expenditure.

Decision to Expand Ambit of 'Administrator' Definition

The cabinet has decided to expand teh ambit of 'Administrator' definition in section 2 of Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Society Act 1960. This provision will help registrar to appoint eligible non-government members of the society as 'Administrator' beside government employees.

18 Thousand Teachers to be Benefitted

Moreover, the cabinet has decided to give regular payscale to deputy teachers, assistant teachers, trainee teachers appointed in various schemes and programmes functioning under the School Education department and teachers appointed in the series of the orders issued by various Courts beside teachers appointed under the Operation Black Board scheme from the date of appointment. The arrears will be deposited in the GPF account of the employees. Cash payment in two installments i.e 50 percent in interval of One year will be paid to the retired employees. About 18 thousand teachers will be benefitted by this decision.

Posts Creation

The cabinet has given approval for creation of 11 posts for Madhya Pradesh Satate Judicial Academy Jabalpur.

Moreover, the cabinet has decided for creation of various 148 posts for strengthening structure of Madhya Pradesh Water Corporation Ltd.
The cabinet while rationalizing the sanctioned posts permanently in Economic Policy and Analysis Unit has given approval for rationalization keeping limit of 12 posts sanctioned earlier and creating one post of deputy secretary for assistance in analyzing the works being accomplished by economic advisor.

Important Decisions related to Tribal Affairs Department

The cabinet has given a sanction of Rs. 30 crore for continous implementation of Mukhya Mantri Koushal Samvardhan Yojana and Mukhya Mantri Koushalya yojana from 2017-18 to 2019-20. Six thousand youths will be benefitted under this scheme.
Moreover, the cabinet has given approval of Rs. 409 crore 22 lakh 90 thousand for continuous implementation of Sanrakshan sah Vikas yojana of Vishesh Pichhdi Janjati for the next 3 years.

The cabinet has given sanction of Rs. 200 crore for functioning of Awas Sahayta Yojana from 2017-18 to 2019 -20 for the students of Scheduled Tribe.
An amount of Rs. 919 crore 75 lakh has been sanctioned by the cabinet for providing basic facilities in tribal sub scheme areas for implementation of local development programme scheme continously for 3 years in I.T.D.P./MADA/Cluster under the special central assistance.

The cabinet has given a sanction of Rs. 922 crore 16 lakh for continuous implementation of scheme for the next 3 years under the article 275 (1) head of various development works act in tribal sub scheme area.

Rs. 445 Crore for Police Infrastructure Development

The cabinet has given sanction of Rs. 445 crore 16 lakh for the next 3 years towards under the infrastructure, housing and police welfare for the police department.

Land Allotted

The cabinet has taken a decision to allot 13.870 hectare government land in village Barethi tahsil Rajnagar of district Chhatarpur and 11.875 hectare government land in village Sandni, a total of 25.745 hectare government land to NTPC Ltd. Chhatarpur on collector rate guidelines of current financial year on premium and taking 7.5 percent rent lease over it for establishment of thermal power project.

Decisions Concerning Power Sector

The cabinet has taken a decision for extension of time period of guarantee of state government for implementation of feeder separation scheme. According to the decision, the period of the security worth Rs. 95 crore 13 lakh of Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidhyut Vitran Company and security worth Rs. 182 crore 80 lakh of Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidhyut Vitran Company has been increased from March 31, 2017 to one year.

Furthermore, the cabinet has taken a decision to extend the period of guarantee given by the state government for receiving balance amount of loan from rural electrification corporation for implementation of R.A.D.P.R.P. Part -B scheme. As per the proposal of power distribution company, guarantee of Rs. 64 crore 23 lakh to Madhya Pradesh Pashchim Vidhyut Vitran Company and Rs. 8 crore 41 lakh to Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidhyut Vitran Company has been given from March 31, 2017 to One year.

The cabinet has taken a decision to give government security of Rs. 1000 crore for additional credit facility from the banks for M.P. Power management company.
Contractual Appointment Rule 2017 for Madhya Pradesh Civil Posts

Moreover, the cabinet has taken a decision to enact ‘Madhya Pradesh Civil Padon Par Sanvida Niyukti Niyam-2017’ for contractual appointment on contractual post by the state government keeping in view the administrative convenience.-WTN
