Bhopal: Chancellor and Governor Om Prakash Kohli has appointed Dr. S.K. Rao, former Director, Research Services, Jawaharlal Nehru Agriculture College, Hyderabad as Vice Chancellor of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Agriculture College, Gwalior.
