Information Provided in Interesting Manner making Artifacts of Animals

Bhopal: A creative workshop was organized for children on the 6th day of Wildlife Week today at Van Vihar Rashtriya Udhyan. Information in an interesting manner was provided to 306 students of various schools of Bhopal by making artifacts of various animals beside flowers and plants. Concluding programme will be held on October 7 at 10.00 a.m.
Retired Teacher of Jawahar Bal Bhavan Shri Vinay Sapre and Sanjay Dubey, a teacher of Central School taught students to make the images of flowers and animals like frog, butterfly and birds by coloured papers. Sculptor of Regional Science Center Arvind Anupam taught children to make elephant with clay. Ku. Ishita of Under the Mango Tree organization while imparting training to the students to make honey bee with paper cutting informed them on misconceptions about the honey bees. Children made honey bees colouring small stones. The children understood the importance of environment, animals and plants while playing.
Moreover, the semi final and final round of quiz competition was organized by the World Wildlife Fund today. Winners team will be presented with awards tomorrow.

Fancy Dress competition for children will be held on the final day of the World Wildlife Week at 9.00 a.m. and open quiz completion from 9.30 p.m. Awards and citation letters will be presented to the officers-employees who have performed with excellence in wildlife field and winners of various competitions held during the week at the concluding programme proposed to be held from 10.00 a.m.-Windowtonews
