CM Chouhan Attends House Warming Programme of Bhaiyyalal

Pucca Houses to be given to all Poor of State
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended house warming programme of Bhaiyyalal Katariya in Anand Nagar of Ujjain who has been benefitted under the Pradhan Mantri Shahri Awas Yojana today. CM Chouhan said that poor will not become landless in the state. Pucca house will be constructed after land allotment to the poor. All the poor will have their own pucca house.
Chouhan presented house completion certificate to 11 persons of Anand Nagar colony who have been benefitted under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). It may be mentioned that 62 houses have been sanctioned in Anand Nagar area under the scheme and the construction of 55 houses have been completed.
Minister for Energy Paras Jain, MP Prof. Chintamani Malviya, MLA Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chairman UDA Jagdish Agrawal, Iqbal Singh Gandhi, Mayor Smt. Mina Jonwal, President Municipal Corporation Sonu Gahlot and Local Corporators were present on the occasion.
Inaugurates Smart Tax Collection System Van
Chief Minister Chouhan inaugurated door to door van started by the Ujjain Municipal Corporation under the Smart Tax Collection System. This van will visit door to door for collection of property tax. Employees posted with the van will collect tax from the citizens and will provide receipt at the same time. Van will be equipped with swipe machine, debit, credit and net-banking facility. Probably, the door to door van has been deployed first time in the state for smart tax collection in Ujjain.

CM Chouhan Visits ISKCON Mandir for Darshan
During his visit to Ujjain Chouhan visited ISKCON Temple for darshan and paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of ISKCON Swami Bhakticharu Maharaj. He also participated in ‘Mid Term Conference’ of ISKCON. Bhakticharu Maharaj introduced Chouhan with the representatives of ISKCON who came to participate in the conference from various countries.
CM Chouhan stated, I am a Krishna devotee and Ujjain was a place of enlightening of Lord Krishna. He learned from Guru Sandipani, hence we can surmise from this that this place used to be a full of treasure of knowledge. Chouhan further mentioned that being a Chief Minister, he render services to the people considering them as Parmatma.
