National Commission for Scheduled Tribes on four-day tour to state

Bhopal: National Commission for Scheduled Tribes will be on the tour to state from October 25 to 28. The delegation of the commission comprises Chairman Nandkumar Saay, Vice Chairman Smt. Anusuiya Uaike, Member Harikrishna Damor, Shri Harshad Bhai Wasva, Smt Maya Chintaman Evanate, Secretary, Raghav Chandra, Joint Secretary, Rk Ratho, Director Smt KD Bhansor. The commission will review different schemes being run for development of tribes. The commission will undertake state level review on October 27 at Mantralaya.
The commission will reach Chhidwara from Nagpur on October 25. It will discuss with Associations and Representative of scheduled tribe. It will reach Tamiya from Chhindwara in afternoon. After that, it will visit Patalkot and carry out inspection of hostel in Chhindi. The commission will visit Kariyam and Gelduba villages and leave for Panchmarhi. The commission will visit Panchmarhi on October 26. The commission will discuss with tribal people in Machherakhurd in Hoshangabad. In afternoon, it will review schemes in Hoshangabad and leave for Bhopal in the evening. The commission will meet with organisations and representatives of scheduled tribes on October 27 in Bhopal in the morning at 9. The commission will discuss on development works carried out by scheduled tribes department and execution of different schemes at state level review meeting at 11 am. The commission will hold a press conference at 3.30 pm. The commission will leave for Delhi from Bhopal on October 28.-Windowtonews
