CM Chouhan distributes Solar Panel LCDs to Government Schools

7500 students of 123 schools to benefit under Jagruk Nagrik Karyakram 

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today began distribution of Solar Panel LCDs to government schools under the Jagruk Nagrik Karyakram to value based education at his residence. The Value Based Education Module Solar Panel LCDs are being given to the government schools by the Ramkrishna Mission, Delhi with the assistance of Power Grid Corporation.

Mentioning his weeklong stay at Vellore Matha, Chief Minister Chouhan said that an individual is a storehouse of unending powers. Need is to understand them and then make efforts. He expressed his gratitude towards the Ramakrishna Mission for their contribution in value based education through Swami Vivekananda’s teachings under the Jagruk Nagrik Karyakram.

Chouhan presented the Head Masters of Government Middle School Ratatal, Gugaliya Kote Bhopal, Baktara and Jahajpur, Budni, District Sehore with LCD Solar Panel. It was told that LCD solar panel would be distributed to 123 schools under the programme through which 7,500 children would get the benefit of value based education.

Among those present on the occasion included Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Delhi Swami Santa Atmanand, Swami Yogeshwaranand, Smt. Mahalakshmi Natrajan of Ramakrishna Mission Bhopal, Principal Secretary School Education Smt. Dipti Gaud Mukherjee, Director Rajya Shiksha Kendra Lokesh Kumar Jatav, Additional General Manager of Power Grid Corporation Regional office P.K. Thakur, Deputy General Manager A.K. Chourasia and students of Nirmal Meera Middle School were also present.-WTN
