WTN- Crocodile can be distinguished by the shapes of their snouts and jaws. Crocodile's teeth line the entire jaw. Line and are visible even when their mouths are closed. They inhabit salt-water environments. Their color tends toward olive green.
Alligator teeth cluster in the front of the jaw and disappear when the animal’s mouths are shut. Freshwater creatures, inhabiting swamps and river , alligator are brownish gray.
Crocodilian species inhabit all the world’s continents except Europe. They are carnivores , but their diets vary by species and surrounding . Crocodilians and alligator are known to eat insects, slugs, snails and crustaceans frequently ,but birds and small mammals also sometimes fall prey to them.
