Woman who accused Justin Trudeau of groping her in 2000 issues a statement

July 7 (WTN)- A day after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed a groping allegation said to have occurred at a music festival in 2000, former BC reporter Rose Knight came forth to issue a statement, confirming that the incident did take place and saying that Trudeau offered an apology the next day. Knight says she will not be pursuing the incident further.
The Canadian prime minister, who is accused of groping an anonymous female reporter at a music festival 18 years ago, had said that after "reflecting very carefully," he does not feel that he acted inappropriately.

Others may disagree, but this to me suggests she considered it settled then, and considers it settled now.
